Because each portrait is custom made, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Shipping information

Original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Orders in the U.S. are insured including additional coverage added for higher-value pieces.
Framed works and International orders may require an additional shipping charge.

If your portrait arrives damaged, please contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and artwork so a claim can be initiated.
